We kindly request that clients provide advance notice of at least 24 hours for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total appointment cost.

In the event of a failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification, clients will be subject to a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment cost.

Furthermore, should a client arrive more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and arrange for rescheduling at another mutually convenient date and time. In such cases, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment cost will be applied.
